I deserved the time I was stabbed by New Mexico's state flower, #Yucca glauca. I was moving it from the tour path at Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary so that I could stop losing sleep over someone tripping and getting impaled.
I barely bumped my arm on the leaf tip and blood began to pour. The bruise oddly lingered for over a month. She's earned her nickname, #SpanishBayonet but is truly a remarkable, #rugged and useful plant.
We made other merchandise featuring our #fierce flower.
